Hand-harvested from Bristol Bay Alaska, Sockeye Salmon is known for it’s rich, red flesh and it’s distinctive flavor. Sockeye Salmon is also a good source of long-chain omega-3’s, vitamin D, selenium & astaxanthin.
Our Sockeye Salmon filets are whole-length sides that have been headed, gutted and trimmed. The pin-bones have been removed, the skin has been left on and then each filet is vacuum-sealed.
Each filet has also been flash-frozen because Alaskan Sockeye Salmon is a seasonal fish. Flash-freezing is key in eliminating the threat of any parasites while it helps to retain the Nutria also qualities, flavor and texture of the filet. Flash-freezing also allows for the product to be stored throughout the year.
Minimum order is 4 lbs which consist of 3 to 4 filets.
