Shipping & Refund Policies


All online orders are shipped weekly every Monday through Wednesday.  All online orders that we receive Thursday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. All shipped orders will arrive in an insulated box specially designed to keep your fillets frozen and at the appropriate temperature upon delivery to your doorstep.

Fisherman’s Daughter Salmon is not responsible for lost or stolen product orders or deliveries that have been left out for extended periods of time, or deliveries compromised by weather or other unrelated delays. Additionally, Fisherman’s Daughter Salmon cannot be held responsible for damaged or compromised product due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect addresses. We ship to the exact address you enter at checkout. Please double-check that your address is correct before submitting your order. Please contact Fed-Ex if they are having trouble delivering to your particular address.
  • Unopened shipments. Fisherman’s Daughter Salmon’s shipping boxes are clearly marked “Keep Frozen” and the product must be stored either into a freezer or refrigeration upon receipt. Fisherman’s Daughter Salmon’s fillets are perishable if improperly handled or not stored immediately upon receipt by the customer. If the fillets thaw as a result of improper customer handling or storage, put them in a refrigerator and then the product must be consumed within one to two days upon which your order was delivered to you.

Customer Service and Our Return & Refunds Policy

Fisherman’s Daughter Salmon is committed to your complete 100% satisfaction. Should you experience any product quality or packaging issues, that you believe to have been initiated before the shipping of your order, then please let us know of your issue by sending us an email within 2 business days of receiving your order to customerservice@fishermansdaughtersalmon.com  and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Fisherman’s Daughter Salmon reserve the right to deny a product or packaging defect issue for any item that deems to have been used or compromised in appearance, quality, etc… We are also unable to accept any returns and that there are no refunds (even if unopened) due to health and safety concerns in the continuation of the product and in keeping with consistent product temperatures.  

We take great care in what we are providing to our wonderful customers.  From handling every fish that is landed onto the deck of our vessel, to the processing, including our packaging packaging and shipping methods.  It is our goal in providing the best possible salmon to our customers.
